Terms and Conditions

Contest

  1. To join, participants have to answer the questions and record their responses either via text or video. Video responses will have higher chances to win up to 50% vouchers on their next purchase.
  2. Each participant is eligible to win only 1 prize in the draw, which is assigned by Highlanders.
  3. Multiple entries are allowed, but each entry must be unique.
  4. Participants will have to show proof that they have purchased the product.

Eligibility

  1. The contest is open to all Singapore residents with eligible Identification Documents.
  2. All participating entries will be screened to ensure participants are submitting entries in accordance with instructed rules. Should Highlanders find any explicit, unrelated or unsuitable content, entry shall be forfeited.
  3. By participating in this contest, the participant understands and agrees that:
    1. Their personal data including name, identification, image, photographs, videos, voice recordings may be collected, used, disclosed for purposes of conducting and administrating the contests including such matters as publicity and/or use in advertisements across all media without further notification, remuneration or compensation to them.

Prizes

  1. Winners will win up to 50% discount vouchers off their next purchase.
  2. Only selected entries will be contacted. The decision of Highlanders on all matters relating to and in connection with the Contest shall be final and binding. Highlanders shall not be obliged to enter into any correspondence with any participant or any matter relating to the Contest.
  3. Winners will be notified within 7 working days after the end of the contest. Prize vouchers have to be redeemed within the stipulated period indicated on the voucher. All prize vouchers not claimed before the stipulated deadline will be forfeited.

General

  1. All entries shall become the sole and exclusive property of Highlanders. Highlanders shall have the sole and exclusive right to use, copy, distribute, translate, modify, display and prepare derivative works of entries, as well as to authorize such uses by others.
  2. Participation in the contest constitutes permission for Highlanders, its advertising and promotional agencies to use any of the winners’ names and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. Highlanders will not be held liable for any copying, re-posting or unlawful use of Materials or any submitted photograph or video work.
  3. Highlanders reserves the right to make changes to terms and conditions of the contest without any prior notice.
