Refund and Returns Policy

We are unable to cancel an order once it has been processed. As the products are perishable food products, we regret that we are also unable to accept returns for purchases made due to a change of mind.

We only accept returns where the products reach you in a damaged state. Please take a time-stamped photo of the product showing the damage, within 24 hours of delivery and notify us at [email protected] or WhatsApp us at 9069 3575. We will help to resolve the problem, and after a return has been arranged, with the damaged item reaching us in its original box and packaging, we will process the refund.
