Basic Brown Rice Tea Latte
This Christmas, welcome your guests with a comforting Brown Rice Tea Latte! Goes well with some nice Christmas cookies!
Steep 1 sachet of Highlanders Brown Rice Tea in 100ml of boiling hot water for 5 minutes. Remove the tea sachet after 5 minutes.
Add milk and sugar in a small saucepan. Heat the milk over medium heat until small bubbles start to appear around the edge of the saucepan. Do not bring the milk to full boil. Turn off the heat.
Froth the milk until foamy, about 10 seconds with a frother. If you don't have a frother, you can skip this step.
Add the hot frothed milk slowly to the Brown Rice Tea.
Dust with some cinnamon powder or chocolate powder and the Brown Rice Tea Latte is ready to serve! Enjoy!
