Healthy Broccoli and Chicken Brown Rice Congee

Add Rainbow congee and water in a pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes.
Wash and chop the broccoli into smaller bite-sized pieces
After 15 minutes, add in minced chicken and broccoli and stir. Simmer for another 5-8 minutes or until the broccoli florets are soft.
Turn off the fire. Cover the lid and leave to stand for another 5-10 minutes before serving.
